We have successfully done hot insulation jobs ranges between 20 deg. Celsius to 1450 deg. Celsius. The vessels and pipelines to be insulated will be cleaned so as to make the same free from dust and grease. These vessels and pipe lines will be covered with L. R. B. or Rock wool Mattresses / L. R. B. pipe sections / Mineral wool / Glass wool / Fiber Glass / Rock Wool plate in india. The final finish will be given with Aluminum Cladding / Stainless Steel / G. I. Sheet. These vessels and pipe lines will be applied with bituminous paint coating and insulation of Thermocole / Fiber glass / PUF will be fixed with bitumen / CPRX compound. The final finish could be aluminum sheet / Stainless sheet / cement sand plaster.
